What is included in a full valet?

Our Full Valet includes everything from our Mini Valet—a safe exterior wash, wheel cleaning and tyre dressing, streak-free glass, door shuts, and an interior vacuum and wipe-down. On top of that, we provide a deep clean with shampooed seats or conditioned leather, machine-extracted carpets, exterior tar and glue removal, and a protective high-gloss spray sealant. It’s the perfect two-hour treatment to bring your car back to its best.

How long does a valet take?

Our mobile car wash durations vary based on the specific service you select. We offer a comprehensive selection of valet packages, ranging from a 1h 15min Mini Valet to our premium 4.5h Signature Valet.

Do you need to use my water or electricity?

Accepted Answer

Our vans are fully equipped with an onboard water tank and generator, which means we do not require access to your water or electricity.If it is possible and you are happy for us to plug into your electrics, this is also much appreciated as it will help to reduce emissions and keep the noise down for you and your neighbours. This is however completely optional.

Do I need to empty my car before you come?

To help us stay on schedule and complete your valet on time, please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before we arrive.

How do I pay for my valet?

You can choose to prepay online when booking. Alternatively, payment can be made directly to our representative via cash or card once your service is complete.

Where should I park my car?

Accepted Answer

To perform your valet, we simply require a safe, legal parking space next to your vehicle that does not obstruct traffic. For packages that include interior cleaning, we must also have enough room to safely open the doors fully on both sides. We highly recommend selecting a quiet street or a public car park where we can operate without interrupting local traffic.

What happens if it rains?

If poor weather prevents us from safely completing your valet, we won't let you down. We will either reschedule your entire appointment for free or complete what we can on the day and return later to finish the job. Our detailer will assess the conditions on-site and discuss the best options with you directly. You will never be charged extra for weather-related changes.

What to do if my valetor is late?

Traffic and road conditions may occasionally affect our arrival time. Our representative will contact you directly if they are running more than 30 minutes late. If your appointment time has passed by more than 30 minutes and you have not heard from us, please call your assigned technician using the phone number in your confirmation email.
